They seriously need more drivers/ paratransit vehicles. There is no flexibility in requesting earlier or later pick up in Brentwood. Requested 12:30 PM pick up, was told none available until 1:30 PM… It’s now 2 PM and still no transportation. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars because once in a while, it works out. Need to get my own wheelchair accessible van so I can take my dad wherever and whenever he needs without wasting hours of our day waiting.

3 hours from oakley to pittsburg wore me out. The ride back was the worse ever. Driver treated the bus like a race car. It felt like a roller coaster ride! Never again. Worse driver ever!

The Accessible service coordinator Irma Sublasky helped all 3 of us Senior Citizens, she was very nice, sweet, patient and allowed us to ask questions, and she answered and guided us. All 3 of us Seniors are grateful, and agreed that she deserves to get a big reward 👍

All the busses in Antioch area aren’t on time I rely on public transportation because I don’t have a car to go to work sometimes I have to wait 2 hrs for a ride this is ridiculous . Also some drivers of you ask something to then they are in a very nada mood .

Easy access from home, plenty of parking space, i was at the business office, with questions regarding renewal disabled clipper card, there was 1 person ahead of me and he had the same question, why was renewal notice not sent, she explained the process that i could understand and took my info and process the renewal application, the wait to received the renewal Clipper Card takes approximately 7 to 14 days.
