Can’t say enough about the excellent service provided by Tom at Metro Self Storage in Bannockburn. I’ve had to use a lot of different storage facilities over the past 18 years, and in many different parts of the US, and Tom is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful managers I’ve ever dealt with. This is a relatively new, upscale facility where I’ve had several spaces of varying size. If you’re looking for great advice about deciding which space would work best and how to get the most out of it, Tom will patiently explain your options and go above and beyond to get you into the right unit for your needs. Also a shout out to Dierdre, who is equally helpful and kind. Like all storage facilities, the corporate hierarchy decides the rates and increases, but you can be sure that Tom and Dierdre will help you get real value out of your unit.

I want to give a shout out to Joe and Deirdre. A lot of other storage lockers feel like really impersonal places to be used during transience but they treat me like a neighbor; not just a renter. They are responsive, knowledgeable and welcoming; and they take seriously my safety and the safety of my possessions.

I've been at Metro self storage in Bannockburn for the past year. The team here is awesome! Deirdre and Joe were really helpful, accommodative and professional. Pretty much my storage consultants! . I had a great 10x20 unit that was super clean with easy exterior access.

When I moved to Deerfield from another suburb I had to find storage for three houses that belonged to my parents plus storage for my work files. I evaluated all the options and decided on Metro Storage/Deerfield after meeting the onsite manager, Deirdre. She is not only highly professional in running what is a pristine facility but she is a lovely person as well and easy to talk to and work with. I recently communicated with the local supervisor, Joe, about an issue and he was equally nice. I would recommend Metro Storage to anyone in the area looking for a solution to their storage needs.
