Had a project to get a quote on. Gave me a ball park estimate. When it came down to brass tacks and get a definitive estimate, I called and asked for one. 3 different occasions, he was busy and said he would call back when he was at his desk. He never called back. Found a different company.

Dan Deitz and his team were amazing! Dan came out to meet with us to discuss the project to lift our house up. This involved taking out the Michigan basement and 'building' a new full size basement. Dan was always very patient, understanding, worked with us on the items my husband was going to take care of, being a licensed builder, and always kept in touch with us to communicate any updates, questions or simply to touch base. Dan and his team did great, quality work. We had a few other companies come discuss the project and none of them were as professional and willing to work with us. Others guaranteed us we would have to replace windows and there would be many cracks from the lift. Dan assured us there would be minor if any cracks and nothing further. Dan was right. We were amazed that there were a couple minor cracks and no windows or doors were out of line. Thanks Dan and team for all of your hard work and dedication to this job!!! The house we purchased in Rockford, Michigan, sank ten inches after being built some forty years earlier. Dan and his team raised our house to perfectly level. The amount of precision was incredible. They managed to lift the house without even cracking the grout in the fireplace or kitchen backsplash. Dan managed the job within the exact timeframe and cost we agreed upon. I couldn't recommend Dietz House Moving Engineers more.

Great people!, Deitz was recommended to us by several people and we were very happy with their work, They dug out nasty old clay and heavy boulders and cement in the rain and never complained. They had great attitudes and the employees were all very competent and great to work with. Thanks Dan!
