This was my first time using a car moving service and I was very pleased with the whole process working with Shelby Transport. My main point of contact was Ray who was very responsive to messages and was very polite and clear. There were no games played. On the scheduled day, they picked up my car promptly and delivered it promptly as well on the delivery date with no issues. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends if they ever needed an auto transport service.

This was my first time shipping my car, and I had a great experience with Ray. Initially, it was nerve-wracking because I considered going with larger companies, but their reviews were mixed. After doing more research, I found Shelby Auto Transport and couldn't be happier with my choice. Ray answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. Even when I didn't confirm the delivery location and the driver delivered my car to the original address, they reloaded my car and brought it to me without any hassle. I definitely recommend Shelby Auto Transport. I worked with Alan and from day one, he made the whole process go smoothly. The communication was easy and he was willing to help. He was even able to answer my text messages late in the night when I expected the least. He reassured me throughout the whole process and my car got delivered faster than expected. I will definitely work again with him in the future.

ShelbyAuto Transport saved me. I made an appointment with another company first who ended up being a no-show. I called Shelby Auto Transport the next day before i panicked and not only were they kind and responsive- but they showed up later that same day. And to top it off- my car showed up at my new location one day early. This was my first time using a service like this. I highly recommend Shelby Auto Transport. By the way- even the driver was cool. If i could give them more than 5 stars- i would. Thank you.
