Very friendly staff and great pricing! They moved a baby grand piano for me with care and consideration. I will definitely be using them again in the future. I hired Delicate Touch to move a piano. During transit, the piano was damaged, but Tim and his crew were awesome and did everything to make it right. The guys on the truck immediately let me know there was a problem, and assured me they would get it taken care of and that the owner would reach out about the repairs. Not only did Tim contact me soon after to apologize for the situation, he put my mind at ease, arranged all of the repairs, offered to loan our family a piano until ours was done, updated me throughout the process, and made sure he was available to deliver it when it it was finished. The piano looks wonderful, and I am so pleased with how they remedied the issue. You can tell a lot about a business by how they deal with accidents like this one, and I don't think they could've handled it any better! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!
