The company is great, but as a driver, the back-in for the dock is ridiculous. The Sunbelt Rentals flooring company across from the dock is rude and will pull their vans in to block you from backing in or pulling out. They just don't care. Ocean Queen almost always gets 53' trailer deliveries, and this dock is hard to hit unless it's 2 in the morning and the other company hasn't shown up yet. To top it off, they leave nails and debris in the parking area for others to run over. Something needs to be done to address this.

Chinese quality products AND service! Listen to the bad reviews... all the good ones are clearly from the employees. We deal with many PROFESSIONAL seafood vendors including all major national suppliers for almost 30 years. This one is special enough we felt the need to share in an unprecedented public review- Problem #1. We received stinky "fresh" salmon, so that was returned. Never received fish this bad in years, only recently started purchasing from Ocean Queen and first time ordering larger quantity from them. Return requested same day as delivery. #2. They weren't able to replace it so we were now short for the week. At first, they asked us to freeze it for a few days til pick-up then changed it to picking up next day unfrozen.. makes me wonder how we got that stinky salmon.. production date on the box was already 11 days old when we got it. #3 It was picked up and we never received any paperwork. Not until a full week later in the middle of the night via txt saying it was already approved (completely without our involvement), and we should've checked it carefully! #4 found out the return was processed for the wrong item, resulting in shorting the refund amount. Requested a correction from the salesman and was given the managers number... #5 After I clearly stated that I will not take credit due to the poor handling of the issue, and was told no problem, Im offered a credit or a very lengthy refund process… Not expecting much by this point... still not taking credit #6 talked to the manager jojo... And wow... just wow.... how rude and embarassing... he/she immediately assumed I was calling to complain about the lengthy refund process and started yelling, not listening... when I finally got around to explaining that I was just calling about the error in the amount, and how the salesperson had given me the contact to call, she/he just kept yelling, going on her not my fault your fault speech. Basically impossible to talk to... She/he eventually said she needs to talk to the salesperson, who had just given me his/her number... I just let him/her know they're very rude... Salesman later tells me that he was told it's too late so they will not return the extra money (but now salesperson says he'll pay me out of pocket...) - this company has done away with any ethics or principles over some pocket change. Again, just wow. Notice how the other bad review said it wasn't the first issue... wasn't for us either. Notice the horrible attitude in that response from the company... definitely sounds like Jojo the manager! We'll see how long it takes us to even get that less than actual amount of refund. In summary, we do not recommend dealing with them at all if you're looking for a legitimate seafood supplier. The product consistency, handling, and customer service just don't measure up to the rest of the field... they're at the very bottom. We've never experienced anything like this from any vendors.

Highly recommend for customer service and product selection. They have a wide offering of fresh seafood sourced from Japan, Norway, etc. They cater to their customers every desire and go the extra mile to make sure you receive top quality product. Have been purchasing from them for years now.

Drivers look and act like felons. Our neighbor was getting a delivery in the front of the building. Rather than park in a parking space they decide to block the whole driveway to the rear of the building. When I went to leave on a test drive I found the driveway blocked.The came out a minute later, seeing me behind them, they go about setting up their hand truck to deliver. I asked them to move their van but they refused and said, "I'll only be five minutes". I told them that this is a driveway and not a parking lot and to move it to a parking spot. His reply was, "well, there is more than one way around the building too". At this point I lost my temper and went into the business they were delivering and caused a huge scene. He was very apologetic when the owner of the store was present but tried acting like a convict thug when on his own.

Dont buy products from this company we bought snow crab from them and when we opened the package it stunk up the whole place with a rotten egg smell. So we called them to get credit back and the person on the phone was so rude and kept denying to give credit back for the rotten food that we have to throw away and this wasnt even the first this happened. If you are looking for a food supply i strongly recommend to not use this place
