Both Dennis, and Tyler are amazingly hardworking individuals and they are not afraid to get their hands dirty. Terrible. Our company requested a 15 to 20 yards bin on Jan 15. Dennis Williams (DW) suggested there should be a bin ready in 2 weeks. Our company called on Feb 1, the bin is not ready. Then, DW promised a bin would be ready within a week. Today is Feb 20th, my bin is still not ready. I have been told my order would have been the first on the list since 2 weeks ago. Our company have used Dennis Williams for many years, we are very disappointed with their broken promises! Just to update my company's comment. Dennis Williams called on Feb 27th. They said there would be a bin ready on Feb 28th. However, our company has arranged another company for the trash bin.
