Dennis Storage Co INC Info | Compare Moving Quotes

Dennis Moving and Storage is unprofessional and unreliable. Three times now they have not shown up for scheduled appointments to do an estimate on my moving needs. Not only did they not show up, they did not call to inform me that they would not be showing up. Each time I had to call the main office to ask if there was a problem and each time they apologized and rescheduled me. I was assured that on the third scheduled visit someone named Bill would be there on time. Once again there was a no show. When I called the office I was placed on hold so they could call him. They said his phone went to voicemail so they left a message and told me that they would call me when they heard back from him. No one called me, at all. I called the company the following morning to speak to the owner, only to find out that the person who blew off all three of my appointments was the owner. They never called me back or offered me any explanation as to why they did not show up. I guess doing their job is just too much work for them. I had to take time off work for each of these appointments. Apparently Dennis Moving and Storage does not value their customer’s time or want their business. Stay far away from this moving company, the frustration is not worth it. Their apologies are cheap and I can’t imagine they will be in business for too much longer if this is the way they conduct themselves.
