One star is being generous. In the last three weeks, I have submitted two emails, and called four times to check availability. Can't even get a "Yes" or "No" from the people that answer the phone. Very unprofessional way to conduct business.

Received this listing from DDD and called looking for transportation for my sibling to their DTA program. According to this companies website: "Desert Breeze Transportation is a full-service transportation company providing a comfortable and safe ride to children with special needs, the elderly, disabled or anyone who may need personal attention en-route." And from their website: "We Serve: Schools-Elementary, Middle and High Schools School districts (including McKinney-Vento students) Special needs programs and students Behavioral Health Agencies State agencies Child Protective Services programs Hospitals, clinics, elderly homes Non-profit/community driven organizations" Personnel checked with their supervisor who claimed they only provided transportation for children to school. I educated the personnel who answered the phone that their website states they provide to disabled and elderly and quoted from their site. They put me on hold to "let me see if another supervisor can say it is on our website." Bottom line, they are unable to accommodate anyone except students to school. I encourage you to always check with a business before expecting their website to be current in what they offer. Disappointed staff answering the phones was not aware of what their website states or the services they provide. To give the benefit of doubt, maybe they were new and not trained yet.

Bus 132 the lady is very nice she actually waits for her kids to get in her van. but bus 137 the lady is rude disrespectful and she lies she pulls up doesn't wait and then takes off without the kids and then today cuz she was called out on her lies she just kicked my kid out of that van they need to hire more people like the lady in bus 132.
