My former long time carrier and I have had to part ways due to some differences of opinion on clear pricing, guest appreciation, and reasonable charges. After shopping around between carriers and multiple stores - I chose ATT, but mostly because of the staff at this location. Pretty sure that’s enough said.

Came in to report that my phone was stolen and needed a replacement sim card. No one could help me but ask me to call 611. Held for 30 minutes and was in the process of resolving it with the person on the phone. Wasn't sure if it was completed and I was abruptly hung up. So I thought I now could have the store rep help me...but NO, I have to call 611 again to hold another 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. This store could not help me to replace my sim card. I will have to switch to another provider when I get all this sorted out. I wonder if they will kick me out when it is closing time. These people do not care.

As another person mentioned, check your bill if you upgrade here. Without even asking me they changed the service plan for me and 6 other people on our family plan to a more expensive plan, added monthly insurance that cost more than the phone without asking me, added me to a monthly upgrade surcharge and just generally made my life hell for the weekend as I tried to revert all of these add on charges. Tldr; don't go here go to best buy or a third party, they're not incentivised to screw you over like the first party stores are.
