Had a bed to be delivered, Costco hired them. I had to constantly call to get delivered before Christmas. Paid to remove old matress and set up new. When they got here they said they were not told to do so. The delivery guys started arguing and one charged in without wiping feet off. It was snowing, I asked to wipe his feet he said he didn't need an attitude. I asked them to leave on my porch, they hauled the set back to truck and drove off. Very Poor communication and customer service. They will take your product if you cross them. Warning never use them.

Not a reliable deliver service at all. They called on Wednesday to say they would be at our home between 1-4 on that Friday so I cleared work schedule Friday after noon to be home. Thursday afternoon I get a call and they have moved delivery time up to between 10-12 so had to move all my morning appointments to after noon. Came home at 10 to be available, waited around for them to call no word from them by 11:30. So I called and she informed me they were only 15 minutes out. so I waited another hour and still no response so I tried calling them 3 times over a peroid of 15 minutes and no answer from there home office. So I had to leave a note on the door for them to just leave it on the door step. Not something I really wanted to do for $1800 work of night stands. I would never recommend this company or choose to do buisness with them again.

Ordered a mattress from Costco to be delivered and take the old one away. Well, after receiving the notification that the mattress was at their warehouse, it's been 10 days. I called and they set up a deliver for the next week. No delivery. I called back, they apologized and said it would be delivered tomorrow. Well, here we are having to take another day off and still no delivery. Costco should be ashamed to be using this company.

I work for a custom furniture manufacturer. They have damaged some of our stuff during transportation but they were easy to work with to pay for damages and have good prices. Then again they have damaged more things the any other shipper we have used.
