I filled out the form to receive a quote, but got an error message. So then I copied and pasted the info and tried the "contact us" form instead and also got an error message. It is frustrating when businesses don't make sure their website forms are working properly. I wasted 5-10 minutes typing up detailed info to help with the quote (number of boxes, listing the furniture etc), and since it is the evening now I would need to wait to call them tomorrow during business hours to try to get a quote which will probably be another 10+ minute process and/or a game of phone tag. And I (as most millennials) hate when I have to make a phone call so that probably won't happen.
