Destiny Moving provided exceptional service during my recent long-distance move. Their team was professional, efficient, and handled all aspects of the move with care and precision. From the packing and loading to the transportation and unloading, everything was seamless. They worked tirelessly to ensure that my belongings arrived safely and on time. The movers were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to address any concerns or special requests. I couldn't be happier with Destiny Moving and highly recommend them for any long-distance move.

I had a fantastic experience with Destiny Moving for my local residential move. The movers were punctual, friendly, and efficient. They carefully wrapped and protected all my furniture and fragile items, ensuring their safe transport. The team worked together seamlessly, making the whole process quick and stress-free. I appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Destiny Moving provided excellent value for the service provided, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future moves.

Feedback for the company and anyone about to do a long-distance move: Verbally committing and presenting documentation to a price like $4,795 and then presenting a new bill of over $7,700 (while half your customer's belongings are still under your care) is not good customer service. You can hide behind language like "estimate," but when you use your words to emphasize that THIS IS THE PRICE, people will trust it. But you know that already, Jon. The only change in the job was my asking Carlos, "CAN you add the washer/dryer?" Your paperwork clearly states that Carlos should have stopped and recalculated the price at that time or decline. But he didn't. That means the price should have remained. The next day, when Carlos had the team stop unpacking and he and my husband spent an hour negotiating new prices, it was very clear that we had been put in an uncomfortable position as consumers. When people spend thousands of dollars during a stressful life change, the last thing they want is lack of transparency. We wanted to speak with the man that promised us our original price. You refused to answer your phone, Jon. What could we do but give Carlos money we didn't have, that we didn't agree to when we agreed to working with your company. For Jon, Carlos and team- you probably don't care. We are just another family that you can manipulate. That's your business model. So, for the families deciding on who to move them. Here is what will happen with Destiny Moving: *you'll call, and Jon or another person will give you a price, deff higher than you want to pay, but they'll act like you can negotiate them down. They'll ask for $100 commitment via Zelle and send you the bill or estimate. *Movers will be great- very helpful and dedicated to wrapping and protecting your things. *Carlos or another foreman will orchestrate the move and be communicative with you. *They'll call you with ETA (we were lucky, they got here next day.) *They'll unpack about halfway while Carlos or another foreman pulls out a new bill that they can write on and determine new fees. *The team will stop unpacking, and the renegotiation of price will begin. *Carlos or another foreman will tell you why you're paying more: 1. We lost 2 other jobs to make this happen 2. We drove all night and stopped to sleep so we could be here next day 3. The original price did not include the hours of driving 4. The original price did not include the price to drive from our main location to yours. 5. We spent 2 extra hours redoing our packing (because Jon said we'd have a 26-foot truck, but Carlos brought a smaller truck.) 6. We added the washer and dryer *Carlos or another foreman will stay firm on you paying more. How much more? We ended up paying $1,700 more. My husband stood firm in his disagreements. *you'll pay (credit card fee of 4%.) *Carlos or Foreman will tell you that the machine automatically charges 4%, but then he manually calculates 4% of your total and adds it manually. *You'll pay, they'll finish unpacking. You'll want to post a review as a warning for others. Note: on the final bill there was a $1,800 travel fee that was not listed in the original estimate from Jon. When we asked Carlos why this wasn't listed in the original, he said that they don't know how long the drive will take. Every moving company we've ever worked with has made it clear what the price will be based off of mileage. To all those moving, we wish you luck! We don't recommend this place. Jon, Carlos and company- you may think this business model will be successful forever because people don't move often, and you're not looking for repeat business. The more you do this, the more reviews like this you'll get. The more hesitant people will be to take a risk with your business.

Destiny Moving was an absolute lifesaver during my last-minute move. I contacted them with a tight deadline, and they were incredibly accommodating and understanding. The team arrived promptly and immediately got to work. They efficiently packed and loaded everything, making sure not to waste any time. Despite the rush, they handled my belongings with care and delivered them safely to my new place. I'm immensely grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism. Destiny Moving saved the day, and I highly recommend their services.
