Great renting experience! Update: 3/14/24 THIS STORAGE FACILITY HAS ROACHES! I started my rental with Devon Self Storage in early February. I just recently moved to the area, and I needed a secure place to store some belongings while waiting to get the keys to my place. Fast forward a month and a half later, I stop by my unit after work to grab a few items and I find a roach crawling over my boxes (see attached video). I contacted the property manager the following morning and they informed me that the roach could have came from one of the restaurants nearby. Despite the circumstance, the manager on duty was very helpful in assisting me with going through all the boxes to make sure nothing was contaminated/infested. However, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. I paid for safe, secure, and most importantly: CLEAN storage. I did not feel safe bringing certain valuables home with me, so I unfortunately had to throw away quite a few items. No partial refund was issued. Very disgusted with this entire rental. Before starting a rental, I urge you to think about yourself in this situation. Imagine unknowingly taking home your personal items filled with roaches. Your valuables are ruined and now you have a potential infestation you’re taking back home with you. Do not rent here!!!!

Omg let me tell you if you are looking for a clean storage look no further! And the manager Lakeysha is amazing. I came in looking for a unit and she went straight into looking for what I needed. She goes above and beyond when she told me she had just started there you wouldn’t know it with talking to her, she very knowledgeable about her job and very serious about it. Thank you, Lakeysha for all that you did. I really appreciate it. I hope your bosses acknowledge your hard work. and appreciate a good person. Go to Devon self storage everyone you’ll see what I seen.

It’s a great self storage. The location is amazing and the access hour is long. You just need to input the code and you can come in. It is safe and clean. The staff is friendly.

I’ve been needing to get a storage unit for a while and finally decided to check out the 3 closet to me to see which one I liked best. My first stop was Devon Self Storage. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Lakeysha. After telling her I was her to check out some units she went straight to trying to see what units she had available that would properly accommodate my needs. After a few simple questions we figured out roughly the amount of storage space I needed and went on a tour of the facility and the potential unit I would be renting. Every inch of this place is nice clean and pristine!!!! Didn’t see a single piece of trash the entire walk through (and trust me if something was there you’d see if cause this place is VERY well lit). By the time Lakeysha opened the door to the unit I was already sold!!! We then went back to the front to fill out some paper work and get everything all set up. Yet again Lakeysha did an amazing job at walking me through the process and explaining all the paperwork. After 5-10 minute of completing all the paper work and some very pleasant conversations I was all set!!! Not only did Lakeysha make the experience super quick and easy but she made me feel VERY comfortable and made sure I had everything I needed. You can tell she takes A LOT of pride in her work and it truly shows everywhere you look. 10/5 stars for Lakeysha and 5/5 stars for Devon’s storage in general.

I recently rented a storage space here, and I'm glad I did! The general manager was friendly and very helpful. He gave me a great discount on my unit! I highly recommend this place.
