We recently moved from the mainland to Maui. I found Dewitt online in a Google Search and definitely landed the jackpot with regard to expertise, professionalism, customer service and more with Sascha Stevenson and the staff at Dewitt. Sascha answered every question and concern I had with enthusiasm and detail. The movers on the mainland were fantastic, working nonstop to get things packed and loaded. Vadis Nunez Martinez kept me informed as to the status of our container and vehicle transport and all arrived ahead of schedule. Sascha helped work out a couple of glitches when our container arrived on Maui and I’m happy to say, Dewitt is Five-Star all the way. Mahalo to all involved in making this transition pretty seamless. I highly recommend Working with Sascha and the Team at Dewitt.

Absolutely incredible service! We're moving from Honolulu to San Juan, PR. Michelle and Bree at DeWitt movers have been so informative and responsive to all our moving needs. Everything has gone exactly as planned from our first contact with Michelle, to our scheduling with Bree, to the team of 3 movers who arrived and meticulously packed up all of our stuff and got it to port. DeWitt offers an awesome service, with great folks along every step of the way, at an extremely reasonable cost! Thank you so much, Michelle and Bree and the Team !

While I haven't received my furniture yet so far Dewitt has provided service far beyond my expectations. Priscilla Geoff by initial contact was invaluable in communicating with me and providing answers to questions. Most quotes I received were about the same price and while Dewitt wasn't the cheapest I chose them because they had an office in San Diego and an operation in Hawaii keeping the delivery chain with one company. I flew to San Diego to meet the packers who showed up when promised. The three who showed up were friendly, efficient and careful. Dewitt should be happy to have such great employees representing their company. They loaded and sealed the shipping crate on site taking care to nest the furniture so it wouldn't shift in transit. Hopefully the crew delivering it to me on Maui will be as good. Thanks to all. Also the bill was as quoted, no surprise fees!

I have used Dewitt Move Worldwide many times for moves to Hawaii from Los Angeles, CA. With competitive pricing and superior customer service, I know I’m in good hands with Dewitt. They also handle moves from Hawaii to the mainland and beyond. I think the key to their success is keeping things simple. The pricing is basically structured around the final weight of a shipment, with some minor exceptions to weight or density minimums. Because of the volume of shipments they handle, they get preferred rates with the shipping line which is passed down to the customer. The key is to be honest during the survey process to ensure an accurate estimate to avoid any surprises. My last move was moving into a high rise building in Hawaii with very poor access for trucks and movers in 2023. Because we were upfront about this poor access, they were able to include the minor charges associated with it in our estimate. On another move from Hawaii to Los Angeles, I was very impressed how carefully the bone china was packed, wrapped, and protected. Great Job!! The Dewitt team have been incredible to work with and are very responsive and professional. I highly recommend Dewitt Move Worldwide.

We are moving from Iowa to Big Island Hawaii. There is no manual for such a move but Sascha Stevenson was very personable and helpful. We had so many moving pieces that it was a roller coaster to figure out the household good move part. Sascha explained all the particulars with patience and knowledge. We did not understand a move that involves the company coming in and packing everything from the start to unpacking at the end versus us packing our stuff ourselves and a company loading and shipping. We are grateful to Sascha for all her communications as we fumbled our way through trying to figure out what we needed.
