One of their drivers ran a yield sign nearly taking myself, 2 month old and 3 year old out. I had to slam on my break causing mechanical damage to my vehicle to avoid being hit. I have attached a picture of trailer number and license plate number if said truck.

I like it at dgc .nice people and I never have payroll issues if so they take care of it . Home time is nice ,so much better than any other company. Yes sometimes there are problems with trucks but you will have problems with every company .been with dgc for over 3 years now

Worked there for 9 months no longer there, left them may 2022 NIGHTMARE COMPANY. They love to micromanage on everything from go sleep at shipper to go sleep at the receiver. Why can’t I go sleep at The truck stop?? It’s only 1 mile from Shipper/Receiver. No we need you to go sleep at Shipper/Receiver. They lease their trucks from Ryder, so if you break down your expected to jump in to a Ryder rental Truck for about two weeks since Ryder Takes there sweet time. About 15 of the trucks are newer model Cascadia’s and other half are older model Cascadias. More than half of their trucks are all dinged up, don’t expect to get anything decent. Pay is Bi-weekly every 7th and 22nd of the month. I did Reefer with them when I first started with them hauling a lot of produce for Kroger to OH and Back To CA. Then I was put on There Harbor Freight Account which eventually made me quit. To much down time and no detention or Layover Pay. 55cpm is there starting pay. Lastly They own A Yard That has parking for about 150 trucks that pay monthly rent for parking , and have a fleet of about 35-40 trucks but only 20 Spaces to park for their trucks when they have all this space but would rather rent it out to an outside carrier and screw their company driver that’s Ridiculous. Money Hungry!!!!! They claimed miles by ODOMETER pay but miles would barely add up from zip code to zip code pay. Pay comes up short have to be on top of payroll all the time. NO PRE-PASS ON THERE TRUCKS HAVE TO GO IN TO EVERY SCALE WHEN OPEN 👎. I would give zero stars.
