I am waiting for my shipment. They were supposed to be delivered on the first day of this month. I received a message that the driver had two stops left to arrive to deliver my shipment for half an hour. I was waiting outside because this is not the first time this has happened to me. Suddenly I receive a message that the delivery driver came to deliver my package, but I was not at home and I basically... I was at the door for half an hour. Hell, I wasn't even home. I didn't ask for a signature or anything like that. Just put it in front of the door and leave. Why lie? And so far I haven't received any change in my package. I bought the order for urgent delivery, but it hasn't arrived yet. This is crazy.

I received a text message that my package could not be delivered because I was not home. I was home and available all day. I called into the 1-800 customer service number right away. The representative confirmed that DHL had received all my delivery instructions and gate code. She told me that she assumes the driver decided to skip my delivery and just marked it that I was not home instead of attempting to deliver my package. I was not informed of when my delivery would actually be and the online tracking still says I was not home for delivery.

Worst shipping experience ever. I called the 1800 customer service and I was told they had no tracking information on my package and to contact the company I had bought the item from, so they sent a second item and again with tracking number it was lost no one seems to know what happen with both packages. so frustrating worst personal service no one knows nothing ... now what?! >:-(

Worst shipping experience I have ever had. Two failure to delivers on an expedited package. Over a week late and customer service was not helpful at all. They didn’t bother to contact me to tell me they had an issue delivering. I had to contact them after the second failure to deliver. I will never use DHL again.

Worse place to work the ppl that cold wearhouse during winter super hot during summer if you are a rent slave you won't make enough for food, standing long hours while manager sit down be careful with with this company they will make you do more and more and more for same pay lots of wan to be gansters coworkers "cholos"
