Amazing and refreshing experience. Recently I was looking for a vehicle to send with my daughter back to college. I had stopped into Diamond several times looking for the right car and met Alex. After about the third visit I found the right car. With every visit there was no pressure from Alex or his support team. I am always skeptical of a used car lot and the Diamond experience is much better than I have experienced in the past, it actually is a whole different experience. After test driving the car and deciding to purchase, I provided several items that needed to be addressed. Most of them were fixed before I finalized the purchase. The remaining ones required parts and were completed within a few days. When we picked up the vehicle Alex made sure to emphasize we had a three month warranty , so if we have any issue bring it back and he would take care of it. All in all a great experience. Alex instilled a sense of trust that I have never experienced with a used car lot, and the team provided excellent customer service!

Had a great experience with Alex at Diamond Auto Sales this weekend! I saw the listing online for a car I had been searching for offered at a great price! Alex was friendly from the start and very knowledgable. Everything was very transparent and up front as it related to information and questions about the vehicle. They even offered a 90 day warranty to ease any concerns. This was my first time purchasing a used car, and not going through a dealer, so I was naturally hesitant and even a little guarded, but Alex was patient and didn't pressure us throughout the process. I was also able to trade in my 13 year old car, with Alex taking care of all the logistics. One of the other benefits of purchasing through Alex was his connections to a local credit union that was able to help me get a great rate, considering my circumstances and the current state of inflation. Both he and the credit union staff worked on a Sunday to assure me that the sale was possible under the terms I was satisfied with. Great experience! Would recommend him to others and would purchase from him again (but I hopefully won't need to for many years!). Thank you Alex and the staff at Diamond Auto Sales!
