Honestly it doesn't matter how long you work there, you're just a number. Great trucks and the people are good but over the years the management has gotten really bad. Expect to work up to your 70 every week and get no gratitude for going above and beyond. I wish all this was false because I really loved working here but unfortunately it's true.

Days are long but it’s a great place to work that has a-lot to offer. They are growing at a rate that is safe and stable. Says a-lot about the owners and their knowledge of this industry. Wade the trainer is a good dude, takes his time to make sure you are wired right. That in its self is a huge plus for me as a professional. I was a nervous wreck starting here because there is a-lot to mess up. Wade does give you the tools and knowledge to not be “that guy”. All I can say is if you’re a good human, you wanna haul fuel and have fun. Then come check out Diamond Trucking.

Great people to work with for the most in Phoenix, but poor training is why such a bad review. I put my trust in one of their trainers and he set me up to fail. I say stay away if you're new to fuel. I am making plans to leave Phoenix nothing but problems here. I suspect the heat is what makes people so hateful and living in a city spells a recipe for negatively

Ive always believed that you’re only as good as the help you employ. And I’ve never worked with a better group of people. The overwhelming majority of employees (bottom to top) that are employed here, are a real pleasure to work with. I’ve enjoyed the past years, at Diamond Trucking, and look forward to many more.
