I was driving behind Diane Ambullette vehicle 83 today, and the driver never signalled before making a turn (we made several because we were traveling in the same direction) and blew right through a stop sign. This is incredibly unsafe, especially for people who need medical care. They need to do so much better.

I give 2 stars for reminder phone calls and being on time and the one excellent driver #81 who deserves 5 stars for excellent customer service!! Most other drivers deserve "0" stars. My brother is in a wheelchair and needs to be pushed up and down a ramp in order to exit and enter building, most of the drivers would push him up otherwise I had to ask a neighbor for help, when returning home they would leave him on sidewalk and say its not my job. My brother weighs 230lbs and I have a back injury which makes it very difficult for me to push and pull him, I explained every time I spoke to the dispatcher/receptionist, she was usually rude and end call abruptly and end up sending a feeble old man to pick us up. I understand equal opportunity employment, but its ridiculous to employ people who are not able to handle the job and tell patients its not my job.

Company was scheduled to bring my father out to his medical appointment, but when I called to ask about the trip assigned to Diane Ambulette, the operator/dispatcher gave me a "we don't have you on record". I even gave them an invoice number provided by Medical Answering Services and they said no. Then I watched my trip get knocked off the upcoming trip section of the portal. These guys probably ripped off Medicare while not following through on their obligations. No help whatsoever. Left us to our own devices.

Horrible service and wait times. I’ve had the car smell like straight cigarette smoke and have waited over an hour for a return ride after a medical appointment. They have zero customer service and act like they’re doing you a favor. Overall very bad company and would definitely search for another one.

Im a patient this company is transporting and I will admit, this transportation service has been reliable getting me to my appointments & back home. Besides that, my dad received a phone call from somebody in charge and they complained about them not being paid enough for ‘this’ .. They continued to complain about not being informed of the wheelchair i was in. At first , when i heard about this phone call i brushed it off because i know how people could be but it was disrespectful & insensitive. How are you a medical transportation service complaining about services you provide? You do not get to belittle people like that .. you would think people going into this field of work would be more understanding , patient and kind but its nothing like that!! The fact that any of it was said not only to a PARENT!! You don’t know what anyones going through theres no need to be disrespectful.. take it up with somebody else as WE CAN’T HELP YOU!!
