I'm really bummed. I thought the movers did a great job loading my POD and was very pleased, until I unloaded it and found my brand new dining room table completely destroyed. It was loaded with heavy items on top so one side broke off and the other is all scratched. Had 2 chairs ruined and other tables damaged too. Unfortunately when they help load a POD they aren't liable for how it ends up on the other end (which I understand), It's just disappointing that things were not loaded in a way that would take care of them. I guess if you're using them end-to-end it would be fine since they're liable for items then, but for a POD load I would hesitate or just watch closely how they load the POD.

Dibble I hired Dibble Moving Company for my 1 bedroom apartment move from Oak Park to Lombard, IL. This was my first time using a moving company and it made the process so much easier for me. I reached out to several companies in the area and Dibble by far had the most competitive rates for 3 movers. They were extremely quick beyond my expectations. I couldn’t believe one man could carry 6 large and heavy boxes down 4 flights of stairs like it was nothing. As a whole they were very kind and professional. I really appreciated their help and service and would no doubt hire them again and recommend to my friends & family.

I contacted Dibble Moving about a small local move. The owner, Randy, got back to me very quickly with a quote and date for the project. The day of the project his team arrived on time. There was easy communication between us, and they were very quick and careful with our possessions. They took care of everything that was asked, and actually offered to do more things than we needed them to do. I would hire them again for another move, and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

We scheduled our move about 2-3 weeks in advanced. They sent emails confirming our scheduled day and time and place. Day before as stated they called and confirmed everything for the next day and answered our questions we had. They were to arrive between 8:30-9:30. They arrived at 9 on the dot we began the very easy and quick paper work with one moved and the other started packing. We were to have 3 movers only 2 came so our price went down by a lot which was wonderful! They worked quickly and efficiently. They needed very minimal assistance from us which was great. Once they unloaded at the new place we labeled all boxes and they offered to move them to the proper rooms, we declined because that is something i can easily do myself. We realized after we payed signed and they were long gone our two dinning room table chairs were missing. We called filed our claim with them and within a few days they are sending us a nice check to replace our chairs. Why i would recommend them is they were nice, quick and nothing was broken and our lost items are getting replaced. Will use them again!

Highly recommend these movers. They were on-time, professional, and pleasant. They were exceedingly careful with all of our things. Despite moving an old family heirloom hutch and heavy furniture as well as a huge number of boxes, we didn’t find any scratches or damage to our furniture or our walls. They protected our carpet as well. They were fast and came in under their quoted time and price. So happy we decided to use them!
