Recommended by a friend who used them. Unfortunately, they were not good. Boxes lost. We paid for packing, in final walk through of house after movers left, found two cabinets that weren't packed away. Other issues but will leave them to experience. Just remember, take your valuables with you.

MOVING TRUCK CAUGHT FIRE AND THEY ARE STILL MAKING MY PARENTS PAY FOR THE MOVE. My 85/93 year old parents hired this company to move them from Florida to Michigan. The day before we were expecting the delivery, I received a call that the moving truck was FULLY ENGULFED IN FLAMES on the highway due to a failed repair. My parents lost everything. My mom only had the outfit she wore on the plane. They offered us NO immediate help. They turned it over to their insurance company, which made my parents give an accounting of what was on the truck. We spent 6 very emotional days filling out this rediculously detailed list, only to find out that they are reimbursing them at the rate of sixty cents per pound!! We have spent the last month trying to replace their necessities, and it has been exhausting and expensive. 90+ years of family photos are gone. We were not even allowed to see the remnants of their belongings. The owner will not return our call, and as of today, they have not even reimbursed them for the cost of the move. The owner told his general manager to tell us that "the loading of the truck went fine," so they are only giving them 1/2 their money back.

We were so impressed in the beginning! But when they moved us in we had a lot of damage and here it is 3 months later and they won’t return our calls or follow up with our claims!!! Owner won’t return our calls!!! So sad!!! The day of our move they turned up the AC and left it on !!!!! We have damaged items like a broken tv and damaged furniture!!!! Spiked to Bri several times no call backs and asked for owner to call us and nothing!!!!! So disappointed!!!!!!!!! Do not use this company’nn

What a GREAT experience with this company. They returned our phone call quickly, gave an honest estimate and then sent Burt, Jo, Gino, and Andrew to move us this past weekend. The guys were amazing! They handled all of our stuff with the utmost care and they were ahead of schedule the whole day! They started at 8:30 and showed up at 8:28. They were the best price by far of any mover we priced and they would have been a great deal if we paid them double! They packed the truck tightly, but strapped everything down like it was their own stuff. Gave 150% of their effort all the way through the job. Do yourself a favor and call these guys first!!
