Let me start by stating the reason behind hiring movers was me being very pregnant at the time. The first discrepancy was one mover dropping my Aspen log bed frame down the stairs because he was rushing, and it's not been the same since. They also broke my antique marble top buffet that I inherited from my deceased Grandparents. My Grandma had it custom made. I asked them to please secure the marble top to the buffet with plastic wrap ( because the tops aren't secured ), along with my marble coffee table. One mover, the new guy, secured the coffee table. The other mover, who claimed to be seasoned, argued with me about it and refused to secure the buffet. Assuring me that he knew what he was doing. Mind you, this is the same mover that dropped my custom made, Aspen log bed frame down the stairs. After trying to contact the company for reconciliation, they continued to ask me for receipts, dates of purchase, etc. Which I could not provide due to one item being purchased by my deceased Grandparents, and the other being purchased 7 years ago off of craigslist. They then severed communication with me and to my understanding weren't willing to make it right. I would not recommend this company to anyone that values their time, money, or valuables.

I don't like making long reviews so I'll make it short. The movers from this company are all good, prompt and fast. Forgot to mention they were also careful with our stuff. Packing was easy for them and made sure to properly load them up into the truck. The whole process was smooth same with the payment process. No problems whatsoever. I can recommend them to others for their amazing work.

NO CALL NO SHOW ON SCHEDULED MOVE! Don’t trust these guys, you’ll end up wasting a fortune on last minute movers if they stand you up. I made an appointment for tonight (June 28) a month ago on May 29, and gave them credit card info to save the date. They emailed me confirmation, and then emailed me a follow up on Sunday June 24. All good to go right? They were supposed to dispatch between 3 and 6 tonight. It was super hot today so I honestly expected them to dispatch late in the hopes of a small break in the temp. I didn’t start to get alarmed until 5:20. By then the office was closed and I had no one to call. Its now 9:30 pm. I never heard anything from them all night. Now I’m looking at paying extra fees from another mover for a last minute booking. I don’t even know what kind of gross incompetence leads to flat out blowing off a customer without even calling, but that’s the kind of company Die Hard Movers is.

I've used three different moving companies in the last 2 years, all in the general Denver area and without any real issues. Unfortunately, trying to use DieHard Movers was a complete disaster and a big mistake and a waist of time. I tried to use a Groupon, but DieHard wouldn't accept it since I didn't meet the number of large furniture pieces requirement. I asked that they only honor the value I paid and I'd pay all other costs so I don't have to try to get a refund, but they refused. I needed to move and was already on the phone with a moving company, so I scheduled the move anyways and contacted Groupon regarding the coupon I never used. On the day of the move, the movers showed up 2.5 hours after the 3 hour arrival window I was given, only to let me know they were given the wrong time but also they were overbooked for the day, and there was no actual time scheduled to move my stuff. While waiting, I called customer service and I've never talked with anyone so disrespectful and unwilling to help. I don't know how this is a legitimate business. After I was left without movers, there was no follow up and no alternative scheduling options were offered to me. I called one of the companies I had used in the past and to accommodate my schedule, they showed up on time before regular hours early the next morning and did an excellent job.

Broke furniture. Didn't come prepared. Showed up over two hours late. When they finally said they were coming, they drove to the wrong address and took 20 minutes to drive to the right address. They also start charging you for the time they start driving to you place. Said they would bring boxes to help move items. Did not show up with any packing material and ended up wrapping all my items individually with blankets which wasted my time and rung up my bill. Three movers took over four hours to move one bedroom and kitchen dishes. The only piece of furniture that needed to be moved was a bed (which was purchased 3 weeks prior) and they broke it. Bill was over $600. Once they showed up to move my things they said they are not responsible for anything they break. Workers were also very rude. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I would discourage people from choosing his company. Extremely disappointing. I called the company to explain my experience. They stated they would send me a claims/reemburment form via email. I never received that email.
