2 day shipping from Houston to Corpus Christi 7 days an part still in Austin. Called an on hold for 21 minutes then said not sure when I will receive package. There Corpus Christi drivers are great. It's a shame they work for such a messed up delivery company.

Hot shot service is good, but the freight service was terrible. Damaged our product and refused to waive the charges. Also their billing system sucks. We have an account with a card on file and every year they find things they didn't bill us for from months or even a year prior.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I purchased furniture from a company who obviously contracted with Diligent Delivery Systems to make the delivery to MY ADDRESS. The furniture, which consisted of 3 huge boxes on a pallet, was delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS. And was left blocking the entrance to this strangers garage. Thank God this person was honest and saw my name on the delivery receipt and googled the right address to find my phone number. She is an older woman, I am an older woman who recently had a heart attack, so neither of us is able to get the furniture to MY HOUSE. I contacted Diligent Delivery Systems, left messages, and still has not heard from anyone. This other lady said she recently sold her house and is moving in a few days. If my furniture is stolen or damaged in the rain, I will explore my legal rights to sue Diligent Delivery Systems.

Very worst place ever. I was ringing their door bell. Never answer. Finally been told by next warehouse they will never answer door bell. Only they come out when ever they want it. If they see you that time you good. If not you going be sit here all day.the other worst thing,they don't have sign on their doors. Neither no one else to talk to. It's looks like one person working warehouse. Hopefully you not gonna have any delivery or pick up for this place. If you do so get prapare. Goo luck.
