I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dillard Movers/Dillard Services LLC. They caused significant damage to my lawn, leaving deep ruts and destroyed landscaping. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions, they tried denying involvement despite clear evidence and witness statements confirming that their truck caused the damage. Their refusal to address the issue and attempts to shirk responsibility have forced me to pursue legal avenues to resolve the matter. I expected better accountability from a professional moving company. Would not recommend.

I've been in the moving industry for 36 years. Summer is our busiest time of year which puts me back on a truck. I had the pleasure of using Dillard Movers to assist me in unloading my FULL 53ft 18 wheeler. Dillard Movers showed up 15 minutes early. They all had great attitudes. They worked very efficiently and worked together. I highly recommend them for your move. Just don't work the owner too hard, he's a senior 😎 I'm just playing. Used them twice this Fall and won't hesitate to hire them again. Great, professional crew both times and James was always there with clear communication to make it all happen smoothly. My family moved WAY too much stuff from Michigan to storage, then from storage to our house. It was a 5-person project over 6.5 hours. They did it all carefully, efficiently, and with good humor.

I hired Dillard’s to unload about 45% of a POD into a house that had an upstairs and a basement. It took the two of them almost exactly 1 hour to unload what we wanted out of the POD, put the items back into the POD that were going into storage, and to secure everything in place. Overall they did a good job. The only suggestion I have would be to take a bit more care with items that aren’t in boxes and therefore are less secure. They had to move a bookcase out of the POD to get to items behind it and they placed it on a non-flat surface in the driveway and then, somewhat predictably, it fell over when it got bumped. I still give them 5 stars and would hire them again.

Book them now! The gentlemen who helped me move were so kind and patient! The building I was leaving had garage issues and the one I was moving into had no working elevators. They had to carry my furniture up four flights of stairs. All of my furniture arrived just as it had left, no damage. When I move again I will definitely be booking with Dillard Movers!
