Brokers should inform carriers about the long waiting time at receiving. Drivers should be mentally prepared and bring their food with them. I booked a load with 7 hours gap and have to cancel it. My whole ELD hours are getting wasted here. Very unsatisfying. I would ask management to work with brokers closely to prepare drivers otherwise it stay same way when drivers are pissed off😡

You would think that with a 100 one star reviews, something would change.. but nope, no one cares. Terrible place to deliver to. They take pride in ruining your drivers hours and unloading for 8+ hours. I paid $742 only for unload. doesn’t understand why they requires you to arrive only at the appointed time, if they need unload for more than 10 hours.

DO NOT DELIVER HERE !!!! This has to be one of the worse places to deliver !! Got a new load to pick up ? Forget about it because you will be missing your next load My appointment was 5 am on Wednesday but due to weather conditions i 70 was closed and i made it here at 10 am , they asked to reschedule my appointment to next day at 5 am. Earliest they tKe 2 hr before appointment time. Waited till next day at truck stop across street. checked in at 3:15 am, unloading starts 5 am . Got call to move from dock around 10 am and asked to wait for paperwork. Went in 3 times to office for Eta for next load the big lady falling on desk replied rudely we not responsible for other location time and we can’t give any eta. Lady atleast you are responsible for your location. Finally got paperwork at 3 pm after 12 hr. Every pallet has to be broken down , recounted and stacked on to another pallet , if you have a full truck load or even half be expected to wait at least 7-8 hours , possibly more! Bring your breakfast, lunch, dinner , Xbox or PlayStation because you will need all of that ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! My load got cancelled thanks to them..now have to wait 1 more days as no loads at this time.

They get 2 stars for being super nice and easy to find. Now for the bad. I got here about 30 min prior to my appt which was 8am. I was finally unloaded at 3:11pm. No public restrooms. 1 small garbage can in case u used ur time wisely and spring cleaned your truck. There is a port a potty but I won't use those in yhe heat of the summer.....cause ick. Have fun

This place is sucks. Do not bring Load here if you book load, cancel it right away. It took 10 hour to unload my truck and I was here one hour before my appointment. It took 10 hours to unload.
