Excellent service from the 3 delivery's people who carefully delivered our 4 large crates. They helped call out numbers to make sure all items numbered when picked up matched the correct numbers as they took items off the truck.They helped to take items into the house and into the rooms requested and set up a nice aisle in the garage to allow us to find our labeled boxes more easily. We would definitely use the same crew who did the moving.

Very bad experience with Mayflower and/or Dircks. My wife's 1 star review was not posted, not sure if they pay Google to censor bad review. so I need to repost here again. We have about 20+ items were damaged, and they have not resolved the insurance yet, there are only 2 items were repaired (it has been 4 weeks plus since we moved in). Very bad customer service and slow. They reject to disassemble our bed frame with storage and didn't take care our items well. I would give 0 stars if that is possible. Our things are not handled well, not labelled properly, and not taken care of. Almost thinking of getting attorney to resolve this. Please let me know what u guys think.

Dircks has helped move my family for years now, and it is who we all trust. During my recent move from Boston to Arizona, Dircks assigned me a moving coordinator, that helped me plan and organize everything. I was able to check in with her and ask questions about pick up and drop off times, plus how to best pack my valuable items. After my items were loaded on the truck, I was provided with exact updates on when the driver would be arriving at my new location to unpack the truck. Dircks took care of everything that I needed and helped make a stressful cross country move less of a burden. Dircks Moving is the only moving company that I trust to deliver not only the best service, but the best customer satisfaction.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! They moved our entire 2000 Square Foot office, including heavy equipment, to 2 new office locations in less than 5 hours. The entire crew was organized, professional and courteous. They have hydraulic lifts on the trucks, ensuring all large furniture is safely loaded and unloaded. I've used many companies over the years and they are by far the BEST. Highly recommend.
