Worked here before as a Amazon Driver. It wasn’t a good experience. They’re not organized nor professional with anything. Amazon run the show, so they have no say so regarding the job position. Third party at the mercy of Amazon/Fed Ex pretty much for their money to tell you the truth. The manager Elona she’s real nice and respectful, but you’ll hardly ever need her for anything or really see her after orientation. The HR Asian lady(can’t remember her name at the moment) pretty much stays out the way. You pretty much won’t really see her ever nor talk to her for anything unless there’s something wrong your pay(Assuming they’re both still working there). As for as the Amazon company forget about it, they’re the worst. Trust me you won’t like the headaches you’ll get with them interacting everyday!

One of their delivery drivers rear ended me. The driver was respectful and provided the information needed. So no problems with him. Accidents happen. But when I started dealing with management, they didn’t want to go through insurance and made me get multiple quote for the repair (which was significant by the way). After a couple of days they ceased returning my calls. I ended up filing a claim with insurance just to get my truck repaired since I was getting no where with management. So much for trying to be a nice guy. But I give one start for the driver. At least he was honest and respectful! It’s unfortunate the management (Nicole and Nicky) are in positions to represent a company like amazon.

Great Company!!! Elana and Nadya in the office staff were kind, helpful and never made me feel like I was just another customer. They went above and beyond my expectations! Wonderful reflection on an Amazon company take pride in their people!!!

This company has been delivering Amazon products to my home for 2 years and they are great! The employees that deliver to my house are professional and courteous. I am not one to write reviews, but thought i would let google know how much I like them! Keep doing what your doing!

IF YOURE A PERSON THAT DOESNT LIKE TO WORK FOR FREE APPLY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Amazon withheld my money for over a month as I was trying to get ahold of the office they would ignore my calls and messages until I had to show up and demand that I be paid. This company is very unprofessional and lack communication with their employees and amongst themselves. If you would like to say a headache apply literally anywhere else.
