We've use Direct Transport for our courier needs since 2012. John and his team are really good! Their staff is helpful & friendly on the phone, they handle our transactions quickly and can usually accommodate our Sprinter request for easy loading. The drivers are great and on-time!

As a florist we use a delivery service twice daily, we've used them for years. But at least once a week we have an order placed that is out of their delivery area or time frame and we use Direct Transport. This is a wonderful, reliable, AFFORDABLE, company to work with from their knowledgeable and friendly front office staff and dispatchers all the way to their drivers. I strongly recommend using Direct transport for your delivery needs big and small! ***Update*** We continue to use Direct Transport for all deliveries that our regular service is unable to do. I am constantly impressed with their staff in the office, unmatched customer service!

Placed an order from my business (Company A) early in the morning to pick up at Company B and to deliver to Company C. Order was ready and awaiting pickup at Company B. Upon arrival to company B, Direct Transport’s driver gave no mention of Company A. After 10 minutes of Company B working to piece the info together, Direct Transport left empty-handed. My business (Company A) then had to pay a rush premium to have another driver sent to pickup and deliver order in time. Very poor communication and unprofessional response from customer service.
