I give the 1 star. They have NO communicating skills. Selling cars on marker place. But can't put the price of the vehicles They read your messages and ignore you. How do you sell anything. Poor customer service . I know better then to deal with a small dealer. No professionalism. Your lose! I had cash. Maybe you didn't responded cause you want interest customers inly

Don’t ever get a car from them. It sounds great because they virtually accept anybody with valid license, but the trick is they just want your money for the down payment. And they will repo your car before you can run too many miles on it, and put it back on the lot so they can continuously collect down payments on the same car. Logically speaking, that puts way more money in their pocket per car considering they charge $100-120 a week for the car. If they can get $2k-3k from a car over and over again they profit more in the end. It doesn’t even matter if you pay the car on time, if they don’t believe that they’re the lien holder on your insurance they’ll repo your car. I know that they were listed as such on my policy and they kept trying to argue that they were not. Out of $500 for the insurance I just paid this month, then they want another $500 to get the car back. Such a scam. Don’t trust these people, idk how this place is even still in business but they’ll be getting a lawsuit very soon.

This place is horrible my friend bought an impala from here and it rained in her trunk and backseat to the point it smelled like mildew..She doesn't have a cover in trunk because it mildew so bad we through it out..she starts car and try to switch gears it wouldn't move for 15 mins we waited and she put her foot on the side of brake peddle and it switch gears..they didn't get smell out of trunk or even look at wetness on floor in backseat...her backseat is broken so an adult has to ride in backseat on one side to keep seat from moving with kids in car..they are definitely not worried about the safety of kids or anyone in the car. I'm definitely not recommending noone at Dixie Auto Outlet!

So this is to the Owner responding to Lecester Bean. I am the owner of the impala. There was NO appointment MADE for any appointment and like I told your employee NOTHING WAS CONFIRMED, AFTER I RESPONDED BACK, SO therefore I DIDNT MISS ANYTHING!!!! I have all my text messages for proof. I was told from your employee to make a list of EVERYTHING that needs to be done. Since I’ve had this car it has been NOTHING but ISSUES. I got that car and the VERY next day I had to bring it back for OVERHEATING. But that’s part of regular maintenance too huh? While my car was supposed to be fixed YALL broke MY BACK SEAT so now MY KIDS can’t even sit properly back there but YALL don’t care about that, right? Since it’s not YALL problem. For that rim that took TWO months to even be “ordered” yall said WE WILL FIX THE SEAT WHEN YOU BRING THE CAR BACK IN FOR YOUR RIM!! But yet my back seat was STILL not fixed. I’m confused on how I brought the car back for OVERHEATING and ppl were in the BACK SEAT, for what exactly?! Please explain that one since yall suck at explaining anything else. It’s always “oh we will tell our manager” THE SAME MANAGER THATS NEVER THERE?! I JUST brought my car back and my engine light came RIGHT back on the very next day. Yall didn’t fix the leak in the trunk and that’s not regular maintenance. Having water get into your car and CREATE MOLD is not just a regular maintenance. But I told yall this when I first got the car within that same week. So yes this is a lemon and I will for sure stop referring people to yall. I had my previous car from yall and thought I was gonna be in good hands like my last car I had for 3 years. But as I can see it’s definitely not the same thing for this LEMON yall had on yall lot. And if you called Lecester Bean to reach her and couldn’t, WHY NOT CALL THE OWNER of the car if yall couldn’t reach my mother?! Since yall claim yall called several times with no answer. Yall text too soooooo why didn’t yall do that, since her voicemail was “full”. And are YOU the manager? Please let me know when you are up there (if ever) so I can PERSONALLY COME MEET YOU AND WE CAN DISCUSS THIS SITUATION!!!

This is the cleanest looking lot in the area! Picked up a work van from this dealer who was willing to negotiate the price, which was already reasonable. I purchase vehicles for a small fleet. Needless to say, I've seen a lot of junk and dealt with all kinds of people. Easy to do business with
