Docks provided reliable transportation for my father for dialysis for over a year and a half. We saw the Docks drivers three times a week and they have become like family. We recommend them any chance we get.

They picked up my mother to transport to a medical appointment and did not strap her in properly. When the driver hit a bump in transit my mother fell backwards in the back of the van while still in the wheelchair and bumped the back of her head. Highly do not recommend.

Rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Late picking up my mother, with no call or update. When called to ask why lady was rude and said "well we're doing our best we can't call everyone". This is ridiculous. Being late, it happens it's to be expected, but no call and to act like someone waiting for over 30mins with no update is acceptable is horrible. I see the reviews, I should have checked before I scheduled. Won't make that mistake again.

Always late dialasis patient always waiting If they show up and they just decide to cancle your ride at last minute when u call and ask where is your ride they reply we had to cancle not enough drivers not responsible enough to be working with handicap people I have to be at dialasis life and death and they don't care
