Top notch, dedicated to his field. Only doctor who looked at my medical records extensively and came up with multiple hypotheses. I was bad about following up at first since the problem wasn't surfacing as I figured it wouldn't show up in any tests. Just follow up quickly with any referrals to avoid delay. Doing much better today.

Dr Ostashko is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He is knowledgeable, patient, and has the right medical instincts . I saw him about a year ago for a dissected vertebral - with Dr Ostashko’s sage advice I have been to mostly recover from issues arising from that injury.

I've seen Dr. Ostashko multiple times for my mom's dementia. This review is long overdue, and here's why he's worthy of 10 stars. 1. Professional competence. Dr. Ostashko is extremely thorough in his exams, and my mom is stable and doing well due to his carefully prescribed meds. He also treats ancillary issues that impact my mom's dementia symptoms (low blood pressure, sleep, etc.) which other neurologists overlooked; this has made a huge difference. 2. Highly responsive. Dr Ostashko is quick to respond, which is so important when medications / tests are needed; he also quickly sends paperwork needed by my mom's memory care facility. Anyone who's navigated the healthcare system for dementia knows it's akin to weaving through a maze to get anything done. Dr. Ostashko makes everything easy. You're dealing directly with him, not "the system," which saves me time and frustration - absolutely priceless. 3. Excellent bedside manner. In a sea of doctors, surgeons, nurses, etc. that I've dealt with, Dr. Ostashko truly stands out. He treats my mom and me with kindness, respect, and has a human touch, making a difficult situation a bit more tolerable. I've seen more than my share of doctors from top institutions, and Dr. Ostashko is head and shoulders above them. I cannot recommend him highly enough and wish all doctors operated the way he does. This is what high quality, compassionate healthcare should look like!

Dr. Ostashko was referred to me by my primary care physician, and it is very difficult to find a neurologist of this caliber who is accepting new patients and has such an impressive practice. I have had lumbar disc degeneration issues for over 10 years and have seen many neurologists, and Dr. Ostashko provided the most thorough neurological exam I have ever had. These exams become very repetitive for some practitioners and they can become complacent, but Dr. Ostashko hit every point that was on the physical exam. He also had an incredible demeanor with going through my vast medical history to make sure that he did not miss anything. I did not see him look at the clock once, and after the thorough appointment, he had a very logical plan of what steps to take next and how he could help. If you are looking for a Neurologist, I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Ostashko.

I want to tell you about Dr. Anton Ostashko. We were referred by my husband’s PCP. We have visited him 3 times. He is kind, caring, patient, knowledgeable, a good listener, and easy to talk to. This is a doctor who is available at appointment time. He explains complex matters in easy to understand language. He answers all our questions, not once we felt rushed or left his office unsatisfied. My husband is walking less clumsily now, we expect more improvement with another medication adjustment. At age 79, we will take whatever we can get.
