Well I had very bad experience with Dodik Trucking Inc. I set up time to come to DTI, I called owner to verify the day and owner said truck broke down. I gave my Current employee 2 week notice. I called owner to verify if to come on Schedule date, I got no reply from him at all. I do understand about the truck breaking down but the decent think to do is to inform me what the next step. My Dodik have not answered my call or text at all. I don't know how Mr. Dodik runs things, but a little bit of a decency goes a long way. Now I have to look for a new job because of this. I now understand what one of the guys who give a bad review means. The last minute, Mr Dodik decides he should just Ignore you. He is messing with people time and money. Thank Mr Dodik for Absolutely nothing.

Simply said, Awesome company, equipment and family! I worked for them for a year and made a lot of money. The equipment is all new. They know what they are doing and how to run a trucking company the right way. I've been driving 28 years and Dodik Trucking is hands down the best company. The ONLY reason I left is I wanted to enjoy home life with my family for the rest of my years. Now, if I decide to go back on the road I can guarantee I'll be making a call to the Dodik family. I love you guys. Keep doing what your doing. It works.

I have been working for this company for a little over 2 years now. Driving for almost 14 total and it's the third company I've worked for. Dodik is a solid family run company. They treat their drivers with the utmost respect and have never been dishonest with me. Unlike a lot of "big box" carriers, they are extremely picky about who they hire and only hire a handful of very well qualified drivers, so I feel honored to be a part of their team. If you are looking for a small family oriented company that sincerely cares about their drivers, you've found the right place. If you're looking for an easy paycheck without putting in the work to safely and courteously deliver on time, keep looking.

I was not on board after completing the paperwork, drug test and road test. They claim that the fuel card service they use went down for a week. And I was waiting for it to be fix. I never heard of a fuel card service going down for a week. Have you? So the day before it was time to actually start working he said this. "Sorry I don't think have a good feeling about this relationship." Also they don't want a random person in their 250,000 equipment. Say what? Now I been driving for 10 years with no accidents or major violations. I believe they gave me the run around. Maybe they don't want a black man in their trucks.
