My neighbors used this company when they moved out. The movers parked their moving truck in front of our driveway blocking it completely without ever notifying us. After 4 hours I asked them much longer they were going to be the mover said 2-3 hours . I told them they needed to move their truck and the mover said just to let them know when. After another 2 hours my husband went to the grocery store and told them they needed to move within an hour so he could pull in they agreed but were still blocking our drive when he returned. They finally moved their truck. I am in shock that this company just assumed it was okay to block our property for a complete day...very unprofessional.

Incompetence. Cannot understand one employee because of the huge gold grill in his mouth, could not understand a word he said. Time efficiency, there was none. Took all day just to fill a single storage unit. Unprofessional, the language I heard throughout the whole process was disgusting. Damaged property, we had a few items that were damaged in the process. Sentimental none replaceable items.
