I’m not poor by FAR, but today was the LAST time, me or any of the other 50 some odd people I know will use this cab company. I called them up, told them where I had to go and the guy I spoke to told me that as long as I’m not in ONE establishment more than 5 minutes it would be $16. I was in the first place 2 1/2 min and 3 in the other. I give the lady $20 and sit waiting on my change and she tells me that is how much she was supposed to charge me. NEVER AGAIN!!🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼

called today to have them pick up my daughter for her to get to work. She told me she had a GREAT experience... The driver was Extremely Nice. This was her first time ever using a Taxi Service. I as a parent is very grateful that she felt really comfortable with this. I thank you for your service... Any time I am in a bind we will always use your service. GREAT WORK!!!!! Called an hour ago, never showed up. Not even going to bother to call and ask them 'what's going' after reading the reviews again. Update: I called them just now at 9pm asking what happened to the taxi service at 3pm and immediately I got a second call from the taxi driver asking where I am and I told him I needed the driver way back at 3pm and not now at 9 pm and he said "oh okay" and hung up. I called the company again but OBVIOUSLY my number has been directed to voicemail. Am I surprised? NOPE.

Extremely poor customer service!!! I got picked up and driver was driving ridiculously with my 4 year old daughter in the car!!! She then left her new stuffed animal I got her in the van and not even a minute later I called them trying to get it back after giving the guy a 25% tip and the lady said she would call back to see if he still had it in the car and never did. Picking up and hanging up my call every call after. The guy didn’t speak much English either and called another person to talk on the phone the whole way to the destination speeding and driving reckless!!!! Would not ever recommend!!! I’ll stick to lyft or Uber at least they care about their customers and don’t steal!
