DO NOT USE. They were found by my home warranty insurance to fix the air on a home. They went in and did not finish the work and just did not come back. This was summer of 2022. It was during the end of summer. Then a year later the air is still not working but we do not understand why. Turn it on and it turns out that it had not been connected. They just ghosted us for A YEAR. Okay fine maybe it was a mistake. We try to get it done and since we are working with home warranty we have to go through them. But also if we want to go after their bond we need to give them the opportunity to fix it. So then they say it cannot be fixed without work on the furnace which is an additional 1500. The home warranty agreed/was going to pay for this but they end up talking to to home warranty and because they talked to them the home warranty refuses to it for it . They are unprofessional, petty, and there are way better companies out there.

The technician Jay who came out to finally repair our AC was amazing, but this company in whole is awful. It took two months to get my AC unit fixed. First the wrong part was ordered, then the part got stuck in a city where you guys don’t even have any warehouses that could receive it, then you do receive it and proceed to lie that it showed up after hours and because of that it was lost so your part checker was never able to check it, and that went on for 3 weeks; and anytime we called to inquire about it we would get hung up on or told lies. Your company needs to do better!

Had a really good experience. Guy was super nice respectful. And very helpful. The problem was fixed in a timely manner. Definitely. Would refer him to any of my friends in future. Any problems happen would love him to come back and fix it. Thank you.

We had a new unit installed by this company in May 2023, and it has been nothing but a nightmare since then. Our house still hasn’t passed inspection, and despite it being a brand-new unit, we've encountered multiple issues. If your home warranty refers you to this company, **beware**—use a different provider. The most frustrating part has been the lack of response from the company. We've had problem after problem with little to no communication from them. This has been a long, frustrating, and disappointing experience. Save yourself the headache and choose a different company.
