These guys did EVERYTHING wrong. First, the pods we were assured would fit down our driveway to our detached garage (where half of our possessions were stored) did not. So every single item had to be carried 100 feet instead of 5 or 10. They also missed the delivery date for the empty pods, they missed the pickup date for the full pods, and they provided pods with broken doors and missing tie racks. And if that all weren't bad enough, they strait up LIED about giving us a refund to offset the problems. What they said was a "refund" was simply a non-charge for the 2 pods we didn't end up using. These guys are unethical and unprofessional. Look somewhere (anywhere!) else.
