If I could give 10 stars I would. This company is amazing. I needed to move my dad from the house he lived in for 66 years to an assisted living community fast. They scheduled me for the next day! I didn't even know that was possible!! CJ and Brandon R were beyond professional, swift, and compassionately handled my mini emotional breakdowns. They arrived right on time, packed everything carefully so it wouldn't be damaged in transit, placed everything where I requested, communicated every step of the way, came in under the estimate, and took the trash when they left. One of the best things about this company is there are no hidden fees. They don't have extra charges for mileage, wrapping furniture, furniture pads, stairs, or weekend hours. This was my 2nd move with Dose Moving and Storage and I will NEVER use anyone else. I just don't have enough kind words to say about this business!!

Dose was a smooth process from start to finish. From the outset, they were responsive, provided a reliable quote, and sent an appropriate team and equipment. The movers themselves (Johnny, Adam, and Steven) were polite, friendly, efficient, and kept a positive attitude--even on a 100+ degree summer day in Phoenix. They worked hard to make our move quick and keep our furniture safe, and they went the extra mile to be personable. Moving is never a fun experience, but Dose absolutely did their part to make it as good as it ever might be.

I am a single woman and had a big move after accumulating way too many belongings over the years. I contacted DOSE moving and received a quote very quickly from Carrie who was extremely friendly and helpful. She asked me as many questions as she could in order to give me the most accurate quote possible. The day of the move, a large truck and four men came to work and the move indeed took longer than anticipated because of how much I had but the guys worked tirelessly and expeditiously to get everything safely and securely packed away. I'm so glad I didn't attempt to recruit friends to help me with my move because there is no way my belongings would have moved as nicely as DOSE moved them. They didn't use a dolly inside the house because they didn't want to risk causing any damage to floors and they wrapped all my furniture in blankets and saran wrap. They were able to disassemble and reassemble furniture and move everything nicely. I was not able to unhook my washer and dryer on my own even though the moving company requests that you disconnect all appliances but the guys did it for me with zero resistance. CJ was the ring leader here and made sure that all the men were careful and tentative with all my belongings, making special care to move everything with caution. Q was in charge of going over the fees with me and he was very sweet and patient. Thank you DOSE for helping make my move smooth!!

This is the second move in which I've used dose and again they came through with flying colors. There lead crew chief Travis who's from Indiana was an amazing hard worker and efficiently ran his crew. You couldn't ask for more. Even our dogs loved Travis and Jordan
