Don't come here with a delivery! You will waste a lot of time. Until these people open every box they receive ... your truck will be held hostage during this time. While they are working, you sit and wait and waste time. There is no place for parking and a U-turn, and the street is dead end. You can make excuses as much as you want, but repackaging the accepted goods is the highest degree of rudeness and disgusting. I will definitely not bring you anything else. There are one in a thousand such unscrupulous companies. I wish that someone called your transport for transportation and kept it for no reason until the client places the last socks and panties in the closets that you deliver to him. Although I think you still will not understand anything until you learn to respect other people's time or pay for every hour of transport delay!

Wow, Double Diamond did an amazing job. We have moved many times through the years including cross country and international moves, and I can honestly say that this was by far my best moving experience in the past 30 years. They delivered on every level—timely work, incredible attention to detail, the care they showed our belongings, the helpfulness and professionalism of their staff—they made our lives so much easier and better during the stressful time of moving.

I had a wonderful experience with Double Diamond! I hired them to move some very bulky and heavy office furniture, and they did so quickly and carefully. The guys were very pleasant and professional! I have rehired them to do some more moving for us, and will more than likely use them for my personal move as well. Very pleased.

Just had a great experience with Double Diamond. The crew was very thorough, worked fast, and super friendly. They took good care of our stuff and were very careful with everything. When they were done, the walls looked as good as when they arrived. Highly, highly recommended.

I have moved many times in the last several years, and each time have had terrible experiences with moving companies. Until today. I hired Black Diamond Moving & Storage for a small move (almost harder to get good service than big moves). The customer service from the time I called to inquire about the move until I signed the final paperwork has been exceptional. Booking was quick and easy and communication from the company was fantastic. The movers showed up exactly on time, were prompt, friendly, efficient and such a nice group of men. They worked quickly and safely to complete my move in a reasonable time. I can't say enough nice things about this company.
