Don’t use this vendor. They are a sorry organization. They did not show up for my tow last Saturday and Moa, the manager, lied and told me that he would personally pick up my vehicle last Sunday. When the time came, he was a no-show on day number two. Don’t waste your time. I told my insurance to never use them for me and no one else. They don’t deserve one star. They deserve NO-STAR!!!!! Not angry, it’s just that they are a poor excuse for an organization. My car was towed by another company and has already been in and out of the repair shop.

This company is horrible. Scamming people. My car was towed illegally off of a visitor parking. I had proof to show them. I have photos and videos in comparison to the photo to which they claim is proof of the same parking spot. They stated they had took 6 photos of my car proving otherwise but only ONE photo was at the apartment complex and the visitor sign was cropped out where I was parked. The other photos was of my car at a stop they did at Quick Trip after being towed. Very rude staff as well including Ron the supervisor who wasn’t helpful at all. I would think this company would simply own up to their mistakes but I assume they do this frequently to other people. I still had to pay to get it out for their error.
