It was announced in public television media today that the Massachusetts Department of Transportation will pursue criminal and civil charges against both the driver and Dove Transportation for all damages to the bridge struck by the truck which could be several million dollars, the driver was given a specific route to follow and was required a flag car before and after the truck. He disregarded both and caused extensive damage to the bridge and was stuck for hours and held back tens of thousands of cars in a massive traffic jam due to his stupidity and disregard for the mandates.

Traffic in my immediate neighborhood and the entire region north of Boston will be an absolute disaster for months because of their incompetence and intentional failure to follow the law and comply with the terms of their permit. They have impacted hundreds of thousands but can't even be bothered to address the media and the people of the region. They need to stay off our roads. They are a menace.

This company was hauling a piece of equipment that looked as it was to load peeble from a conveyor belt and did not remove the peeble that was left of the equipment. Truck #745 was on TN 81 and peeble was spraying off that piece of equipment and hitting all the vehicle on the interstate. It not only cracked my windshield once but two times. I immediately called this company to speak to them I asked the lady to call the driver and have him clean the peeble off so it would not create any other problems on the interstate she stated she would however about 25 miles Further down the road the same truck passed us still having peeble flying off the back of his truck. I have been given the run away about talking to someone in charge of the company. I have been told that the safety manager was reviewing it and that she was the owners wife and they do not know when she will be coming into the office, I have asked to speak to the owner and told he was in a job in Maryland and was unable to speak. This windshield has cost me $550.00. I even sent the lady how answered the phone a text message to the phone number she provided a Video of what was happening which I would have posted on here if I could have been there was no option for it. It has been two weeks and I still have not heard anything from anyone.

This company needs to be bankrupt into the ground. They do not abide by the laws and regulations in place for safe driving/transportation and because of the greed and negligence of the owners, commuting in the Boston area will now be more of a nightmare. Stay the hell out of Boston and don’t destroy other states’ infrastructure. I hope the owners get charges brought against them.
