We have a small infant and needed cold milk, so getting our new fridge delivered on time was crucial as our old one broke. I informed the delivery team that we live up a small driveway and to call if there were any issues. I even suggested they could just drop it off at the bottom of the driveway, and we would figure out the rest. Instead, I watched as the driver simply drove by without making a phone call or attempting delivery. A few minutes later, I received a call from the dispatcher asking to reschedule. I requested that they drop it off at the bottom of the driveway, but this was not possible. There was no response from the driver either.

We had a voicemail recording telling us the delivery window for our dishwasher from Lowe’s was 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. We got home at 12:22 pm ( according to logged times on our garage door and our alarm system). DSI had come earlier and just left. And they have absolutely no means of correcting it or coming back same day. Plus over 1.5 hours on hold (“heavy call volume”, etc) to get absolutely no service. And Lowe’s, itself, can do nothing for its customers.

If I could assign a zero or negative star, I would. It is my opinion that this company is awful. They attempted to deliver a refrigerator to a business on a Saturday, when they knew the business was closed over the weekend. Nevertheless, I offered to meet the delivery truck within two to three minutes, but they would not turn around and they admittingly traveled only one mile down the road! Since last Saturday, I have called everyday attempting to track down my refrigerator to no avail and I received one returned call, with a promise to research the matter and call back, but of course, that never happened. Today my assistant reached someone and I was given a twelve hour window from 8am to 8pm on a Saturday when my office is closed. Can't fix stupid. I plan to contact Lowes Corporate Office and file a detailed complaint.

The delivery drivers refuse to install washer/ dryer twice. The will tell you your valves are corridor so they don't have to waste time. They get paid per stop. The delivery person told us if we gave Lowes a good review they would install my washer. Also a driver text me 9pm after they wouldn't install and said they would come and do it late at night.

This was the delivery service for our new fridge n gas range we purchased at Lowes. The guys who delivered our appliance kept us advised of the time they were coming on the day of delivery . The only reason I did not give 5 stars was we got a call and a text confirming delivery the day before the delivery. Lowes n their delivery service need to communicate.
