3 months in, i can confidently say this is the best company i worked for in my 3 years of exp as a box truck driver, i'd go further to say that their box truck department and what they offer is most likely the best in the whole country, and that is after weeks of searching. You do you, you drive, you follow the rules, you will make big bank here, i'm rooting for this company to become a mega, i've met the owner david in-person and i can say he is the best boss i worked under in my entire life, i'm not even exaggerating! Pros: -Their box truck sleeper is more comfortable than my room, 3ft, full twin mattress, diesel heater, storage for all of your stuff, microwave, fridge, basically its like diamond class for a box truck ❤️ -Friendly and professional people on every department in this company, no lying, no yelling, no drama. -My dispatcher richard, is the best dispatcher i've ever worked with, and we as a team deliver on our word, and deliver on time. -No micro management whatsoever, like i said in the first paragraph, you do you, you drive and follow what you are told on day one and thats it! -HONESTY AND ON TIME WEEKLY CHECKS ❤️. -2023-2024 equipment, and a dedicated mechanic shop in chicago. -High miles = big checks, every single week since i started! -You have any hiccups on the road? Need to fuel in a remote area? Wiper flew of the truck? They will send you an EFS check before you take the next sip of your coffe. Cons: -Simply put: NONE. TL;DR For people looking for a job in the trucking industry, this company is your holy grail. For our freight customers, we as drivers achieve in this company, and we are always on time with your product safe and sound, becuse it provided the perfect conditions for us to do so.

Owner is David & his wife Nina does office work. They start you off good, but then they change things. My experience they told me to write a review, which was a good one. They were good to me at first. After a while that changed. This is my retracted review after I departed. They still owe me money for miles I drove and they know it. If you’re only looking for work that’s the only way I’d work for them.

Well from my little experience in this company as one week only. I can say. Owner David is a serious person who treat you very professional since day one. Always helping with your needs. This company right now is offering a very competitive pay based on today’s market with new trucks and trailer witch gives you piece of mind on the road. Last but not least his office team are very professional and kind as Nina. In my case my dispatch is Nick, a very serious and professional person with plenty knowledge on what he’s doing that keeps you running at all time! 👍

Our primary logistics company subcontracted DSK and they ran equipment/gear from Seattle to Chicago for us. Truck and driver were very professional and on time! Load was secured well and I am very happy that they took good care of my equipment/gear; something that many companies/drivers seem to overlook. Thanks DSK.
