DSL Moving has been the best! They moved us on an extremely hot day, and throughout the move everyone had a great attitude and made it a positive experience. They were professional, patient, and kind. All of our belongings arrived safely. They made a potentially stressful day much less stressful. There was excellent communication throughout the move, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move, or for any service they offer.

We came across many many wonderful reviews on one of the Mason Facebook pages. This review is a bit late (our move was at the end of March 2021), but I just wanted to share the great experience we had with DSL Movers. Mr. Whittle was able to fit us into his jam-packed schedule at short notice. He was so helpful and flexible in meeting our needs, without up-charging us (which would have been understandable give our lack of planning)! Mr Whittle and his assistant arrived on-time and were so courteous and careful with our furniture. (As a side note to any single women in need of movers....I handled our move while my husband was at work. These guys were the definition of gentlemanly....so kind and professional. I always felt respected and “heard.” They never made me feel like a “dumb” female...for whatever it’s worth!). At any rate, we would highly recommend DSL Moving. Great people. Great service. Thank you Mr Whittle!!!

The moving crew did a fantastic job helping us move! On time, courteous, polite, professional, and had great attitudes moving us in over 90 degree weather. They were super careful and thoughtful throughout the day! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing help with moving!!! We were super impressed and very happy..... Couldn't be happier with DSL moving!!!!

I’m sad to say we had a pretty terrible experience using DSL moving. We hired them for an out-of-state move. Initially it was promising as they were very quick and efficient when picking up our belongings. However upon arrival to our new home at least SEVEN pieces of furniture were damaged because none had been protected in the truck. The owner initially apologized and was professional with appropriate compensation but the movers themselves took no ownership. A few days later I noticed even more damage - a chair literally torn up from the move - but radio silence from the owner after days of reaching out. Incredibly disappointed especially because we really wanted to support this small business.

We used DSL for a short haul in town. They picked up a velvet couch for my mother from a store in Hamilton, OH and delivered to her nearby local residence. They were professional, timely, and took the time to take care of the extra details--like checking with me ahead of time to make sure the store knew they were coming and were attentive to the weather since carrying it out against any elements would have proven detrimental to velvet! The couch arrived in perfect condition! I would not hesitate to use them for large moves.
