Second UPDATE: the cops have been notified of Abraham Paredes and his boss Issac Gonzalez, and if they show up again, it will be trespassing. They have driven by my home several times this morning, very slowly, video taping. This is the weirdest thing but the BETTER BUSINESS Bureau knows of this and they are now aware of Abraham Parades and Issac Gonzalez. I'll update again when American Van Lines contacts me back. UPDATE: the manager isaax called me and hung up again once I told him I was recording the phone call. I told him if he sent the same movers to my home the one who asked to spend the night, I would be calling the police. After isaac hung up on me, one hour later, the same drivers came to my house. I called the police and now filling out a police report and am on the phone with his boss. I'm calling the better business bureau on this one...They dropped everything off but didn't put anything together except for one bed. I paid $9,000 for a three bedroom house to be moved and they lost all of the chorda to all of my tvs, so I couldn't hook those up ( they're not supposed to hook up electronics, but they also aren't supposed to lose the cords when they unhook and pack everything), but the contract said they were supposed to put together all furniture. I made the mistake of tipping the two movers $60 before they started unloading truck, and they just put everything in the garage. The mover Trey was very nice and apologized for his other mover. The other mover asked me 3-4 times if he could stay the night with me at my new home because he didn't get himself a hotel! I guess his boss Issac didn't get them a motel or hotel, and Abraham was complaining, and just kept asking if he could stay. I DO NOT KNOW THIS MAN and he asked if he could stay the night, then wouldn't leave until an hour after he was finished. I'm unimpressed. A $9,000 move and all's they did was pack my stuff into a garage. I could've got a uhaul to do that and saved $7,000. They attempted to move my fridge in and scratched my hard wood floors. They left it in the living room bc it wouldn't fit thru a door. I'll be calling Van Lines but this was absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT use this contract company in Dallas. When I called the BBB, they said they were working on a lot of complaints about this contracting company from Dallas. Isaac from this contracted company hung the phone up on me when I tried talking to him. His solution was to bring that same driver back to my house...the one asking to spend the night and being creepy. When I told him I wasn't comfortable with that, he told me to file a complaint with American can Lines and hung up on me.

These men are absolutely insane. Not only do they got muscles, but they also got the brains. We was moving the hot tub out of our house, but height clearance of our front fences too low, so we went thru the backyard, meaning going down the mud hill, which was slippery for us and the huge tub. Additionally, hauling the hot tub about 0.1 miles cause the road was quite far from the backyard. They was gonna drain it thru a valve, but there was no valve/ it didn’t work. We tried many ways but then without hesitation, they started draining the hot tub water w buckets manually. That was extremely hard but good weight lifting. Did I forget to mention that the hot tub cover is soaked and as heavy as the tub? Anyways, these people are problem solvers, they do not hesitate, and no obstacles will stop them from their goal.

Justin , John, Hector, and Jhoander did a great job on moving my brother pool table disassembling it and having a great sense of humor. Definitely will call them again.

If I could give a -5 star i would . When we first contacted them, the owner Manny was very nice and assured us that they would take great care of us. I read on YELP they had 1.5 star reviews. I told my husband i thought we should pass . But he was on the phone with Manny and went ahead and booked with him. Our move was scheduled between 12 pm and 2 pm. They kept putting us off and putting us off and FINALLY showed up at 6:45 pm. Then before they started they wanted us to sign some an agreement that was on the lead movers phone and we NEVER sign anything without reading and every time I tried to scroll down to read it he kept grabbing the phone so he and i kept going back and forth about me wanting to read what I was signing, he said that me reading it was taking up too much time and i told him that he can work while I read. He immediately told the other guy COME ON LETS GO!!! So they were about to leave. Then two other guys pulled up and they talked to them and came back in, his phone had timed out so I just went on and signed it so we could get moved . Once they got all of our things on the truck and arrived at the new house the lead mover once again came to my door and said they cannot take our things off the truck until they get paid...I have never experienced anything like this before!!! MY husband called Manny and got him on the phone , the person that was soooo nice when we booked was not the same person. So what I signed at the house was the agreement that I wouldn't get my things off the truck before they put our furniture in the house,.This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER MOVING! Will not use again and neither will I recommend this company. Yelp reviews were more accurate.
