I want To explain just how nice and down to earth everyone is at Duffys movers. It starts with Kevin (the owner)to Jenn the office manager… and then to all of his staff that helped move us. I would not be happy unless I wrote this review. ( I don’t write too many) Duffys went above and beyond. They made us feel really comfortable from the beginning. When I went into the office at Duffys in Ridgefield Park- I was weary just a little not knowing what to expect because I have never moved before. However, Kevin and Jenn picked up on that and went to reassure me that I am in good hands . They are genuine and made me feel at ease. The communication was not anything I would have to worry about either . From when I first stepped into the office till the very last box out of their truck/they were always right there answering me when I called them. They were very accommodating to our needs and all and all Just phenomenal people and I am very grateful to have meet them. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend Duffys to everyone and anyone if you are looking for people to a do a great job -treat with you with respect … and just give you a down right overall pleasant and comfortable experience. Duffy Movers did a great job! This is the 5th time we've used Duffy Movers over the years. They are always reliable, communicative and have transported our belongings without any damage. They use only their employees to do the move. They do not sub out to other contractors. The price they quoted was the price we payed without any hidden charges.

Moving is always stressful, but Duffy Movers made the whole process smooth and easy. They’re professional and courteous. We’re so glad we went with them. Highly recommended.

Duffy's movers broke my Mother's toilet and when my Mother told the owner about it, he didn't want to hear it! It cost my Mother $260 to fix her toilet! How disgusting and ridiculous! I think they have nerve using her bathroom, but that's my opinion...my Mother is just too nice! She's used Duffy in the past and she's recommended him a bunch of times so she was very upset Kevin didn't address or FIX the issue. Due to his unprofessionalism, my Mom hired a different moving company and she never recommended him again! ( Meanwhile, three people called her, looking for recommendations...)I'm just sick and tired of people doing the wrong thing and not taking accountability!!!
