Most certainly my favorite carrier to work with. Their rates almost give you that "too good to be true" feeling, but so far, they are the real deal!!! Customer service is on point, rates are exactly where we need them at (very very fair), response time is phenomenal and customer service is perfect. I can't find anything that I dislike. Thank you Sunset!

Hauled a load for them with 6 stops to Chicago...... Took them 9 hours to load..... Got to the 1st stop an the cargo had shifted due to strap issue........they tried to blame the driver for not securing the load, refused to pay layover, rework fee, ect.......also, they deducted $45 from the rate sheet for "gap insurance".......they left the office for the day two days in a row at noon to avoid conversations about layover charges......Beware UPDATE.....they short paid the load and owe me $1815.......will be taking this one to court.

12 hours to unload, lied about the appt for the delivery, and they add 8 pallets in the BOL and the receiver doesn’t take them because the boxes are loose. This is very bad management !

Loaded all pallets SIDEWAYS even though they didn't even fill the entire trailer. My last pallet was stacked ON TOP of someone else's order. Not all businesses have loading docks or forklifts. Do better. 1 star customer service.
