I had a terrible experience with this company. After a week of delay, my car arrived with several damages (see photos). Also, three of my bags inside the car were stolen. The trunk lock was broken, the remove control was lost, and my car key was replaced without telling me about my car situation. I won't recommend this company for car transport.

I recently shipped a non-running 1955 Ford pickup from California to Georgia with RCG. I was expecting this to be a tricky affair but couldn't have been happier with how it worked out. Josh handled my enquiry and also coordinated with the seller of the vehicle to figure out the collection. It was a very pleasant surprise when the driver called me on Friday (after a Tuesday pickup) to ask if he could deliver the truck the following day. I couldn't have asked for more - the price was great and the service was faultless. Having bought the vehicle sight unseen I was glad that RCG took away the stresses of shipping - thanks Josh!

I recently had the pleasure of working with an RCG auto transport company, and I couldn't be happier with their services. From start to finish, my experience was seamless and stress-free. My agent, Nico, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, courteous, and attentive to all of my needs. One of the things I appreciated most about this company was their flexibility. When I first received my estimate, I informed them that I wouldn't be able to finalize my shipment for another month. Instead of pressuring me to commit right away, they were more than happy to work with me every step of the way. When it came time to actually transport my non-running vehicle, the company truly exceeded my expectations. Not only did they pick up my car promptly, but they also delivered it within 36 hours of pickup. I was blown away by their speed and efficiency. They also did not charge me until after pickup. Overall, I would highly recommend this auto transport company to anyone in need of their services. From the initial estimate to the final delivery, everything was top-notch. Niko and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Five stars all around!

I gave them 2 attempts to deliver my vehicle on the promised date they gave me and was left without my car being delivered and having to pay late storage fees now because they are unable to find reliable drivers. I also didn’t like how they silenced all their phones when I was calling to see what was going on with my delivery being late.
