Lily and her crew were exceptional. They packed all of my belongings as if they were their own. They took care of every detail, they asked really good questions making sure they got everything right for me. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. Very bad experience. First the good, movers showed up on time and delivered as scheduled 3 days later for our long distance state to state move. The driver hires a crew of 3 to load in virginia. One guy stunk like Marijuana. They didn't handle our stuff well at all. Another crew unpacked the truck and told us heavy stuff was put in the wrong part. Lamp broke, dishes broke, no idea where parts of furniture are. They didn't finish setting things up that were taken apart. Just a horrible experience. And I have a put a claim in for broken stuff. Yet for a 10k move, we shouldn't have all these issues. Putting dozens of boxes in the garage clearly marked kitchen. And so forth.

I highly recommend Dunmar Moving. We used them this past month to pack and move our two bedroom home from Richmond, VA to Colorado. We were thrilled to receive everything intact in Colorado without a scratch. Their packers and movers were very thoughtful in how they handled even our more fragile pieces of furniture. Finally, their communication was excellent throughout, which put our minds at ease during the entire move process.
