I booked an appointment with Modivcare to use my Anthem Blue Cross non emergency transportation benefit. This greedy company said they would take the call and then NO CALLED NO SHOWED to a really important trip to the pharmacy for medications that I will literally die if I don't have. The woman who answered was rude, gruff and unapologetic. Explaining to me that they did NOT NO call no show they simply canceled the call 5 minutes before they were supposed at my residence. Which we all agree here thats"NO CALL NO SHOW".

The drivers at Divine Right Transportation always show up on time unlike other providers I have experienced. They are kind and treat me with respect. The communication I have had with other employees there has also been great. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
